Transnational Art 2013 until Sunday

Transnational Art is continuing until Sunday.

There are about 50 artists exhibiting here who are either from Kansai or have deep ties here, including someone I’ve worked with before (and recently). Let’s talk about that person.

Tomoya Imamura

Tomoya is an animator here in Osaka. He has a couple of videos on exhibit at Transnational Art in the same room with ‘Forward Motion’. He also has very bright red hair this week so you should come see that too.

I’ve gotten to do a couple of projects with Tomoya in the last year or so. Here’s one called ‘Re:Reach you’:

We have another thing in the works right now where I have remixed one of my own tracks to his specifications and he will be making some animation based on that. You can listen to the music, By The Light Of The Moon (Lunar Radio Remix), now.
